Live and Learn

Changes are inevitable,
And most of the times, they occur without a warning.

Happiness and sadness take turn in visiting your door,
and no one could predict when they will leave you
and when they will come back to see you again.

The only thing you can do is to be prepared.
Either you feel pleasant or unpleasant, the state will just be temporary.
So "Live and Learn"

Live in the moment, by
Being aware of what is happening right now,
without wishing it were different.
Learn to enjoy the moment, by
not dwelling in the past,
not worrying too much about the future,
and doing your best on the present moment.

There are a lot of changes/challenges we have faced.
The recent biggest one is the COVID-19 pandemic.
Because of the pandemic, a lot of people lost their jobs,
and need to live in their insecurities.
Many countries issue lockdown orders for their residents
to stay at home as much as possible
to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

I have been home for 3 months now.
Apart from my 9-5 routine,
I've been spending my free time on useful activities;
ie. completing my personal work,
talking with family and friends,
doing some writing project,
and following something intellectual and relaxing (podcast, youtube).
The situation outside might not be as safe and pleasant as normal,
but I enjoy how I spend my days during this inevitable situation.

Happiness is not something ready made.
It comes from your own actions.
